To save a previously saved movie as a self-contained movie: 

1. Choose Save As from the File 
    menu.

2. Click Make Movie Self-Contained.

    The file name has the word “copy” 
    appended to it. You can change 
    this name if you wish, but you 
    cannot revert to the original 
    file name.

3. Click Save.
